2017 IRISH CANADIAN SOCIETY PICNIC

All are warmly invited to come together for the 2017 Annual ICS Canada Day Picnic celebrating Canada’s 150th Birthday. Everyone is most welcome at this RAIN-or-SHINE event. Please do feel free to tell your friends who might like to come but are not on the ICS mailing list.
Attendees bring their own picnic lunch and ICS provides Canadiana desserts. A wide variety of reasonably priced Avoca picnic lunches are available steps away from the Project Room and Walled Garden.
Free for paid-up 2017-18 ICS Members and under-18s;
€10 for those who aren't paid-up 2017-18 ICS members.
Adult admission includes a Free Draw Ticket for a variety of Canadiana and other prizes. If you, or your company, are in a position to provide a draw prize we are as always most grateful and appreciative.
There will be are a piñata and a colouring table, games and prizes for the kids.
ICS membership year begins with the Canada Day Picnic and runs until the day before the next Canada day Picnic. The annual ICS membership fee can be paid at the Picnic registration entrance but IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF IT WERE TO BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY, JUNE 29 at: ICS, c/o Shawn Day, 37 Heytesbury Lane, DUBLIN 4.
The fee is €60 for 2 adults living in the same household;
€35 for a single adult;
€20 for fulltime students 18 and over.
11:30 Picnic Lunch begins with time to mix and mingle, chat with Ambassador Vickers, play ring toss golf or kick a soccer ball around.
12:30 ICS Canada Day Dessert, including Juice

14:00: Prize Draws
Parking and Toilets: The rain-or-shine Project Room has toilet facilities exclusive to those using it. The parking lot closest to the picnic site is shown on the map.
DART Access: The Malahide DART station is close to the Castle Park, an easy 10-15 minute stroll from the station, partly along a forested lane, to the Visitor Centre and the Castle. (Turn right as you exit onto the street from the station.)
